An innovative and inspiring project

 “I Giardini del Caramante” is an innovative project that was born in 2023 although the idea of creating a unique place, inspired by the paradigms of glamping, ecology, experiential tourism and more, was born many years earlier (discover our philosophy).

Because of its morphological characteristics and the way the city of Soverato has developed, the estate manages to retain its original, distinctly bucolic character, despite being located close to the city centre. The early 20th century hamlet, once populated by families working on the farm, now has (in place of the old oil mill) housed a theatre for at least 20 years (The Cricket Theatre), while everything else remains largely uninhabited, giving an overall idea that time has magically crystallised. Precisely “a hidden garden, a timeless village”.

the project sees the first phase realised in the olive grove area, but plans to develop new areas and glamping units such as: yurts for social activities and courses, a bar with facilities and a classroom for courses and events, a restaurant, a quartz swimming pool, synergistic gardens, a small spa, a bio-lake, trekking routes and much more.

Obviously all harmoniously immersed in nature. 

The vision is create an oasis space where experiential activities can take place in an environment integrated in nature, in harmony with the village and at the same time with the city of Soverato and the countless services offered.

The tourism approach can be summed up in three words: Explore, Experience & Enjoy: Explore stands for exploration of the territory, Experience to experience it in an experiential and active way and Enjoy to enjoy its fruits. Tourists will have the possibility of declining their holiday according to one or more approaches for an unforgettable tourist experience.
